Terms of Use — Refúgio

1Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Refúgio app ("app"), provided by Redarock (57.227.642 RODRIGO AUGUSTO FERREIRA FERNANDES, CNPJ 57.227.642/0001-45). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy ( https://redarock.com.br/en/apps/refugio/privacy ). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2Minimum age

You must be at least 14 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3Acceptable use

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts or data without authorization, or interfere with the app.
• Use bots, scripts or automated means to gain an advantage or collect data.
• Copy, modify, sell or commercially exploit the app without permission.

4AI-generated content

The texts in the app are written with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Quoted verses are checked against the Bíblia Livre text, but the reflections do not replace professional, medical, psychological or pastoral advice.

If you find something incorrect, offensive or inappropriate, use the report option in the app or contact us at the support email.

5Purchases and subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refund requests follow the policies of the store where the purchase was made, without prejudice to your consumer rights.

6Intellectual property

The app, its brand, design, code and original content belong to Redarock or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the app under these terms.

Refúgio does not replace professional help. If things are hard, call 188 (CVV, Brazil), any time, free of charge. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU). Bible verses come from the Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE), published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0).

7Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put other users at risk or are used fraudulently. We may also change or discontinue the app, in whole or in part.

8Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The last update date is shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
