1Data on your device
Favorites, reading progress, day streak and preferences (such as the devotional time and text size) stay only on your device. To erase them right away, uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings.

This page explains how to erase your Refúgio data. The app, developed by Redarock, has no sign-up: your account is an anonymous identifier with no name, email or phone number.
2Data we keep
- Send an email to the address below with the subject "Delete data — Refúgio".
- Since no email or name is tied to the account, include the order number shown on your Google Play or App Store receipt, if you made a purchase in the app. It lets us find the data tied to your account.
- Without a purchase, the anonymous identifier is not tied to any data that identifies you, and it stops being used when you uninstall the app.
- We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently erase:
- Anonymous identifier created by the app, device platform and usage dates
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Content reports you submit
- Device identifier for notifications
- Technical data and crash reports (device model, OS, app version)
- App usage records (screens opened, readings, searches, favorites, purchases and errors), tied to your identifier
This action cannot be undone.
4Data that may be kept
- App access logs, for 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15).
- Anonymized information and aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
- App usage records, which are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created.
- Data needed to comply with legal obligations or defend legal claims, for the required period.
- Purchase records kept by Google Play or the App Store under their policies. Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions: cancel them in the store first.
5Delete only some data
To delete only part of your data without deleting your account, email the same address describing what you want removed.
